Регионът между Петрич и Сандански може скоро да разполага с нова модерна многопрофилна болница, която да обслужва жителите на четирите общини – Петрич, Сандански, Кресна и Струмяни. Проектът беше обсъден на серия от срещи между кметовете Димитър Бръчков и Атанас Стоянов, Медицинския съвет на МБАЛ „Югозападна болница“ и ресорните комисии на двата общински съвета.
Една обща болница вместо две разпокъсани бази
Инвестиционното предложение предвижда изграждането на ново болнично лечебно заведение, което да обедини дейностите от сегашните филиали в Петрич и Сандански.
Идеята е да се изгради единна структура със съвременно оборудване, модерна апаратура и възможност за разширяване на медицинските услуги и отделения.
Целта е да се прекрати практиката отделения да работят на ротационен принцип и периодично да затварят, като пациентите получат постоянен, 24-часов прием и пълноценен достъп до медицинска помощ.
Какво ще се случи със съществуващите сгради?
Настоящите болнични бази в Петрич и Сандански няма да бъдат изоставени. Те ще запазят своя статут и ще осигуряват:
- неотложна помощ с 24-часова мобилност
- доболнична диагностика и лечение
- сътрудничество с личните лекари
- по 100 легла за физиотерапия и рехабилитация във всяка база
Така регионът ще разполага едновременно с модерна централна болница и широк спектър от подкрепящи услуги в двете населени места.
Кой стои зад проекта?
Идеята е предложена от УМБАЛ „Софиямед“, част от групата „Булфарма“ на д-р Михаил Тиков, чрез модел на публично-частно партньорство.
Общините подчертават, че едно от ключовите предимства е, че „Софиямед“ е утвърдена учебна база, което може да помогне за привличане на млади специалисти и справяне с недостига на кадри в района.
Термин, инвестиция и срок
Новата болница ще бъде изградена върху терен между Петрич и Сандански, в близост до АМ „Струма“.
Предвижда се:
- Инвестиция: 50 млн. лв.
- Срок за реализация: 2 години
Предстоят допълнителни срещи и уточняване на детайлите с инвеститора, преди местните власти да вземат окончателното решение.
