Столичната лекарска колегия (СЛК) e подписала ново партньорско споразумение за провеждане на високоспециализирани обучения за млади лекари в Ponderas Academic Hospital в Букурещ, съобщиха от организацията.
Документът е подписан от д-р Ваньо Видков, заместник-председател на СЛК, и проф. Каталин Копаеску от румънска страна, по време на официално посещение на делегация на колегията в румънската столица.
Курсовете ще се финансират изцяло от фонд „Млад лекар“ на СЛК, който осигурява възможности за квалификация на лекари под 40 години от София.
„Специализираното обучение на младите лекари е мисия на Столичната лекарска колегия. Работим ежедневно за разширяване на възможностите, за да получават достъп до най-модерни практики и технологии в медицината“, заяви д-р Ваньо Видков след подписването.
Новото партньорство е част от активната международна политика на СЛК за развитие на младите медицински кадри. Припомняме, че Колегията вече има подписани договори с водещи болници в Европа – университетската болница Medipol в Истанбул, Hospital Clinic в Барселона и детската болница Sant Joan de Déu в Барселона. В момента текат преговори и с други престижни институции, които ще разширят обхвата на програмата.
Тренировъчен център от най-висок клас
Тренировъчният център на Ponderas Academic Hospital представлява високоспециализирана учебна база, насочена към усъвършенстване на хирургичните умения чрез съчетаване на модерни технологии и практически опит. Обучението се провежда с високотехнологични тренажори, които позволяват на лекарите да упражняват базови и напреднали манипулации в контролирана среда, както и чрез практически сесии върху животински модели (свине), провеждани при строг етичен контрол и с участието на ветеринарни лекари, осигуряващи безопасност и реалистична тъканна среда.
В програмите са включени и тренировки с ендоскопи, видеоасистирана бронхоскопия за анестезиолози, както и специализирани курсове за УНГ специалисти. Центърът обхваща обучение в различни хирургични специалности:
• обща и лапароскопска хирургия
• бариатрична и метаболитна хирургия
• колоректална хирургия
• хепатобилиарна хирургия
• торакална хирургия
• урология
• гинекологична хирургия
• ендоскопска хирургия
• роботизирана хирургия.
По време на посещението проф. Каталин Копаеску, който е водещ международен експерт в миниинвазивната и бариатричната хирургия, представи концепцията, методологията и визията на центъра, както и конкретните възможности за сътрудничество в областта на обучението.
Формат на обученията
Програмите ще предлагат два компонента:
- hands-on курсове с продължителност 2–3 дни,
- допълнителен 2–3 дневен observership престой в клиниката.
Общата продължителност на обучението е около една седмица.
